Dr. Martina L. Weisz's forthcoming bookJews and Muslims in Contemporary Spain: Redefining National Boundaries, will be published in The Vidal Sassoon Studies in Antisemitism, Racism, and Prejudice series by De Gruyter Oldenbourg. The book analyses the symbolic and material roles attributed to both Muslims and Jews in contemporary Spain.

On Wednesday 15 May, 2019, at the Oxford Research Centre for the Humanities and co-sponsored by Stanford University in Oxford, Dr. Martina L. Weisz will give a lecture on Building Power, Constructing Identity: Jews and Muslims in Contemporary Spain based on her recent publication.
