Giulio Santoni is a PhD candidate at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in co-tutorship with the China University of Political Science and Law. His PhD dissertation focuses on the main civil law regulatory tools dedicated to Internet speech.
His current publications mostly focus on the Chinese economic reform period.
