Dr. Svetlana Natkovich

Dr. Svetlana Natkovich is 2016 Felix Posen Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Vidal Sassoon International Center for the Study of Antisemitism. She was Minerva Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Simon Dubnow Institute for Jewish History and Culture in Leipzig University and Rothschild Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Taube Center for Jewish Studies in Stanford University. Her book "Among Radiant Clouds: The Literature of Vladimir (Ze’ev) Jabotinsky in Its Social Context" was published in 2015 by the Magnes Press, Jerusalem. Her Hebrew translation of her archival discovery – an autobiographical texts by one of the earliest critics of Hebrew literature Abraham Uri Kovner is published in 2017 by Kinneret Zmora-Beitan Dvir publishing under the title "The Vilna Casanova: Three Autobiographical Texts." Her current research delves into the questions of Russian-Jewish self-fashioning in the second half of the 19th century.
